Hi
MFP food diary is telling me there is 114 sodium in semi-skimmed milk, 100 in half a chicken breast, 50 in fat free yogurt and yet NONE in fajita shake-on flavouring (of which salt was the number one ingredient!) Can anyone tell me if this is close to being right or totally wrong?? Thanks.

Check the package for milk, yogurt and online for chicken. The totals on the site are not always right. We just have to do our own homework. After a while you know what is wrong and what is not. You are learning already because most would not even question.0

I noticed the same thing but realized a lot of the nutrition numbers here depend on who adds it. You are not "required" to put in all the nutrition numbers when you add a food to the list.0
