Front squat weight vs back squat weight
I'm curious. For those of you who do both, what's your front squat weight vs back squat weight? I do fronts because of shoulder mobility but I really want to work on being able to do a back squat. I've been saying that for a long time...need to get working on it!

Cost for trainers?
Just curious for those of you who have trainers. Do you employ them all year long or on and off? I know of a couple in my area who charge $200 for 4 1hour sessions. No way could I afford to have one work with me all year long! I guess that's why I go it alone.

Anybody ever get heckled while running or biking?
Happened to me today when I was out on my bike for a long ride. It's really frustrating that people have to be such a-holes. Sounded like a carload of teens. I shouldn't have let it bother me but it makes me feel like crap that people have to be that way especially when I'm trying to do something good for me.

Filming your lifts - definitely
I just did this the other night for the first time while doing landmine squats. I discovered that my knees are going over my toes too much so I'll be working on that. Next will be deadlifts..I'm still working on getting that form right. I enjoy watching all the videos posted on here. It helps a lot!

I was reading the SL website and it was suggested to use fractional plates especially for women since it is harder to add the 5lbs each workout for OHP and BP. I'm finding that to be true. Suggestions for exercise on off SL 5x5 days?
Does it hurt to do some free weights for arms and legs on the days I'm not doing SL 5x5. Started this week and will do a Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday 5x5 as long as nothing comes up to change the days. What would you all suggest? Thanks :)
