I thought i pulled a hamstring.. seems i have a buldging L5-S1 in my back. I got my first cortisone shot in my spine this week. Any suggestions on excerises that wont hurt it worse, My doctor wrote an RX for PT. but they havent called me back yet. Anyone else dealing with this .. Sciatica....:sad:

I guess its time to try again.. sort of
I originally lost 11 pounds, I was at a plateau for over 6 weeks.. I couldnt get past 130 no matter what the tag said that in 5 weeks I'd be..... it never happened. I thought I pulled a hamstring in April, but the pain never got any better. Worse really, so i laid off the gym for 2 weeks, seems i have a bulging L5- S1…

I keep losing and gaining the same pound.. frustrating
I want to lose 10 more pounds.. I'm watching evrything I eat and getting to the gym as often as possible.. but one day I'm 130 pounds... next day 130.4, then 131 and so on... aarrghhhhh,,,,,,

Fruit so high in sugar
I'm not much of a veggie eater.. but i have tried to eat healthier... I enjoy fresh fruit.. but its so high in sugar !!!!

i have been tracking ALL my food and eating much healthier since I joined MFP in March... I'm excersizing .... getting plaenty of rest. I bought the Atkins Endulge Peanut Carmel Cluster Bar.. they look like a Payday candy bar .. They are so tasty, kinda like a Payday but less sweet and salty. I love them as a afternoon snack. !!!!!!!:happy:

Higher protein on the days I work out ?
Hello, Besides trying to lose weight, I'm also trying to tone and build my body . I work out ( cardio) every other day. I just purchased Kettlebells to use as strength bulding on the days i dont go to the gym. Should I increase my protein on the days days that i go to the gym?
