I guess its time to try again.. sort of

I originally lost 11 pounds, I was at a plateau for over 6 weeks.. I couldnt get past 130 no matter what the tag said that in 5 weeks I'd be..... it never happened. I thought I pulled a hamstring in April, but the pain never got any better. Worse really, so i laid off the gym for 2 weeks, seems i have a bulging L5- S1 disk, now i got for cortisone shots in my back.. I'm so frustrated !!!!

That really stinks! I know it is frustrating when you have been working so hard and now this...but just remember, you are in this for the long haul and this is just a little bump in the road. Take it easy, do what your doctor recommends and heal. As my grandmother used to say, "This too shall pass"...and when it does you'll be ready to kick butt Hang in there!0
