Wine...says zero sugars
Hi there, I love my wine and have at least one glass a night. I know that it impeding my weightless efforts. More fat loss actually. When I log it in my diary it says 0 sugars. I thought wine had lots of sugar. Can anyone explain what the deal is? Thanks.

Legs bigger after leg day, why?
After I do legs or any other muscle groups for that matter, they seem to be puffy. I know that water goes to those areas after working out but why? I could google it but I thought I would ask all of the wise people here. And, how long does it last? I don't like it!

Ways to get more protein
I need foods besides protein shakes and beans to help me get more protein. I am falling short at every meal. Chicken is my protein of choice. I cannot eat it at every single meal, yuck. And I don't want to eat 10 eggs for breakfast!

What works for you?
Everyone is different. Losing weight and being healthy is not a one size fits all thing. But, I am curious as to what has worked best for you. For me, it has been small portions, staying within 1000 calories and walking about 1/2 hour almost every day. That is my formula for me. Please share what has worked best for you.

breakfast needed?
