I am trying a TRX workout with my personal trainer later today. Any advice for me? I have never done it before. Is it a good full body workout???

    Yes, it's a great full body workout! Proper form is key, though, so hopefully your trainer is good and teaches you correct form for each move.

    Trusting the straps and using your full body weight for each move was initially a challenge for me because I was afraid the straps would snap and I'd go crashing to the floor. Hasn't happened and I got over it. Much more effective after that.

    it's a great workout.
    form is important. trust is important too. i love doing aerial yoga which has many similar workout properties

    its a great workout, i love it so much i have one at home and use it all the time for working out but mostly stretching and mobility.

    if its your first workout, go easy and just get the hang of it and let your body get used to it and the new movements, or you may end up really sore.

    Thanks all! I am looking forward to it. Yes, my trainer is obsessed with proper form which is a good thing.
