After I do legs or any other muscle groups for that matter, they seem to be puffy. I know that water goes to those areas after working out but why? I could google it but I thought I would ask all of the wise people here. And, how long does it last? I don't like it!

its part of how your muscles heal after ripping up the fibers, the needed nutrients are pumped into them through water and blood. it can last a day or so, or 30 minutes.0
