Do any of you think that you burn more fat at a certain hunger level?

I eat all day long and am never really hungry. If I get hungry, I eat more.

I am convinced that sleep has a big effect on weight loss and am not sure if it's the fasting or something that happens while we sleep, so I'm open to the idea that longer periods without food is helpful. Anorexics swear by it...but they have sworn by a lot of ridiculous things, like apple cider vinegar and laxatives, so they're not really my source for health info.

I tend to doubt the hunger thing, but I don't know.

Sometimes, if I'm 'hungry' (usually before weigh day) and I've run out of calories and I know my body is just trolling me - I'll think "THIS BETTER BE WORTH IT TOMORROW!" But.. I know realistically being hungry doesn't necessarily equal fat burning.
