i feel like im not losing weight
i know 3500cals=1lb. i started working out 5 times a week last week. say i workout 1hr a day (30min cardio+ 30min lightweights/abs) 4-5 times a week and eat 1200cals a day at the most.. how much weight am i gona lose by may?? May 8th is my goal because it's my birthday btw so it would be the best gift ever from myself :P

i think this is the question everyone asks.. do you have to eat less than you burn from exercise for successful weightloss? because if you burn 500cals a the gym, and you eat 500cals back, how can you lose weight??

weight lifting everytime??
i started going to the gym last week again after having the flu for liek 2 weeks. i started going 5 days out of the week to the gym and incorporating lightweights w/ high reps. should i do this every time i workout or just every other?? i dont wana get big. i wana get lean.

how do i not get bulky in the gym?
I am a model that needs to lose weight. i'm athletic built but i need to lose some bulk on my shoulders and thighs and calves... So how do I do cardio without making my calves and thighs bigger? I'm just scared haha.
