i need to lose some muscle and bulk from my thighs, will increasing the resistance on the elliptical make me bulk or get leaner? i need to get leaner. thanks.

Increasing it helps me get leaned out personally, I go up between levels 10-12 for 30-60 minutes. It helps me tone and burn!0
