i think this is the question everyone asks.. do you have to eat less than you burn from exercise for successful weightloss?
because if you burn 500cals a the gym, and you eat 500cals back, how can you lose weight??

I was told by my trainer that I need to burn more calories than I take in daily. Not always easy but regardless I never ever eat the calories I burned.... to me it seems like a moot point!0
