I love mustard. Sometimes I eat it off the spoon......... >.< Now not all mustards are Paleo but I do have a few which are just fine! Problem is, I don't know what to eat them with. I'm aware that logging your strength training in that section does not give you calories... but there's also a "cardio" strength training, which obviously DOES give you calories! So.... who logs what? When you track your reps/sets/etc do you also give yourself the calories? Is it wise to?? Just curious :)
