Help, my weight went down, but lower belly flab
I've been away for alittle over a week. Cruise, and I seemed to of maintained, wow I was sure I wouldn't be able to do it. Oh and I forgot
My report on sugar is 9 times out of 10 over goal. I don't use processed foods, or I try not to. So that doesn't leave many options, there must be something I can do? Other than a maintenance day I may have bday cake, or frozen yogurt, 1serving size 1/2cup. Any advice on this?

On a maintenance day
If I choose to go up in calorie by about 500, wouldn't I need to adjust the protien, carbs, fat, and sugar.? If so how do you know how much?

Changing goal on deflect
Hi, I've asked this question a couple time sand you guys got me to the right place and it was able to up my protein goal. According to the program I'm using, I also need to up my deflect 128 calories - I see absolutely no way to change that. The goals tab won't open anything in " your diet profile". Help anyone???
