My report on sugar is 9 times out of 10 over goal. I don't use processed foods, or I try not to. So that doesn't leave many options, there must be something I can do? Other than a maintenance day I may have bday cake, or frozen yogurt, 1serving size 1/2cup. Any advice on this?

    Unless you have a medical reason to avoid sugar don't worry about it...

    MFP is set to the minimum recommended amounts.

    Yeah it's the fruit that surprises me all the time.

    I don't even track my sugar. I track fiber and sodium instead.
