Not a good two weeks. :(

There went week seven, weight went down 1 lb 126. Compared to last week 127. Let me point out I was doing just fine moving right along and the past two weeks were like I ran into a road block. Last week I did loose two inches waist only to find I now have the inches back on. With the only other change in measurement in shoulders, very down three inches if I didn't have a mistake on one of my measurements. I do a 15 hr fast everyday and two 24 hr fasts yesterday and today. Yesterday went fine, wish I had gotten more protien in there.
Today after I weighed in, I didn't want a thing but h2o all day. Around 5 at the mall with mom and she asked if I wanted a frozen yogurt (at one of those serve yourself places). I said why not, had completed the fast. So I got a real big one, took up 500 something calories, the only thing I went over on was sugar for the day. But I ate every bit of that frozen yogurt reminding myself I was coming off a fast day, I thought, that will just have to be my dinner, was the only thing I could do.
I even started the fitness training. I just don't know what is going wrong, I was feeling thinner, I'm feeling kinda thick tonight.
I guess I just get on board again and keep trying, but I'm half way through the 12 weeks, I'm just not happy with myself.

that happens. I had weeks of bloating and felt like c r a p, then feel lean and high in spirit again, wanting to do everything.0

Not judging, but wondering why you are not eating for 24 hours?
Ive heard of those on here that do fast like only eat between noon-7pm, but most of the time they are sleeping through the fast.
Why are going 24hrs? Just curious, that's all.0 -
No worries. I have fasted because the program I'm using , has you change up you lepiten on fast days and eat up days, so my body is burning more fat. I don't remember the science behind it but it made enough sense to give it a try.0

Hi no worries, I get that from family a lot. It is a program I came across that changes up between deflect days and eat up days in order to keep burning calories. The fasting I had mostly done quite afew of the 15 hrs to maybe speed things up, and change it around. And I was finding myself kinda stuck in the same place so I thought I would try a few 24 hr ones. I can promise you I might get hungry once in awhile, never to any extreme or I wouldn't be doing it. If I feel tired or light headed or just don't feel well,I just don't continue the fast.0
