Question on cheat day

Had my cheat day yesterday, still stayed below maintance. My treats were slice of pizza and bday cake. Really craved that bday cake, had been waiting all week i wanted a big slice, i had plenty room in my calories, but was afraid to mess up the fairly good start ive had. But im still craving it. If I dont eat dinner I have enough calories to have a piece. 3 grams away from reaching my protien goal. Carbs are very low today. Think it would be ok?

    Anything within your calorie limit should be ok.

    Sure! A day of not hitting your macros won't hurt. About as much as a bug hitting a windshield of a car slows it down. Or something like that :)
