Changing goal on deflect

Hi, I've asked this question a couple time sand you guys got me to the right place and it was able to up my protein goal. According to the program I'm using, I also need to up my deflect 128 calories - I see absolutely no way to change that. The goals tab won't open anything in " your diet profile". Help anyone???

    From your PC.....

    Goals tab.
    Click "Change Goals" at bottom of page.
    Select "Custom" radio button, click continue.

    That opens the "Customize Your Fitness Goals" page and net calories consumed is the first box where you can enter your new calorie goal.
