I’m about to start week 2 of Saxenda. I’m down 3.2lbs and then aunt Flow arrived. Hopefully I didn’t sabotage my efforts. I’ve cut out sweets and I’m drinking more water. And I’ve returned back to the gym three days a week. Looking forward to seeing what week 2 brings!

2 years in the making
So its been just over 2 years since I've gone on this weight loss journey. While the scale no longer moves I was originally 260lbs and now I am 206. I firmly believe the scale lies, and I know that I weigh less than this, however, with the amount of muscle mass I have accumulated this is what the scale says for now.
