Sorry to bring this up… When I started my health kick, I started to go to the washroom more (I think that this was due to eating breakfast) and now, my metabolism seems to have slowed down… Any idea how I can fix this?

Is the net calorie thing correct?
My net calorie number is 1560. I burned 539 calories during spinning today.. Does that mean I can eat 539 more calories? I also did 3 circuits of strength training.

I use this spinner: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/post/new/1301718-is-the-net-calorie-thing-correct It counts the calories as I go. It took me 35 minutes on strength training (while following a video) to burn 539 calories. Do you think this is accurate?

My net calories is 1560. I did that calculation (i forget what it's called) regarding how many calories my body burns while just relaxing.. It works out to 1210.. How much CLA to use per day?
I'm going to buy CLA from a drug mart today. Each capsule seems to be 1000 mg. I'm 125lbs and 5'3. Even though I'm not OVERWEIGHT, I shouldn't have as much body fat as I do (according to the in body machine at my gym). I exercise 6 times a week and eat well, I'd just like to speed up the process. Progress or not so much?
I was 'tested' on April 26th (3 weeks ago) and today (May 18). - My body fat percentage has gone down by 2.1% - I have gained 1.4 lbs of muscle - I have lost 2.5 lbs of fat. I was around 125 lbs and am 160cm (5'3) tall. Is this good or bad progress?

Here, on myfitnesspal, it states that if I 1560 calories without ANY exercise, I will lose weight. I am 5'3, 125 lbs and wish to lose 10 pounds by june. So even if I DO NOT do any exercise, will I lose the weight?
