Do you poop less?

Sorry to bring this up… When I started my health kick, I started to go to the washroom more (I think that this was due to eating breakfast) and now, my metabolism seems to have slowed down… Any idea how I can fix this?

    Are you sure your metabolism is slowing down?

    Have you changed your diet lately? added more Protein, reduced Fibre for example?

    Changing the substance that you eat has effects on 'movement'

    I used to go 2-3 times a day, now it's 2-3 days at times between movements. And I eat tons of fiber.

    I chalk it up to less grease and less volume.

    I definitely feel clogged after 2 days, but it always comes. I did do softener and laxatives occasionally, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you are going 5 or more days.

    I'm kinda either or. For a couple days, I go a lot. Then after that, maybe once every two or three days, then back to everyday.

    I go to the washroom everyday, but 'it' seems to be pretty solid and small.
    I've changed my diet, but not drastically…
    Today I had

    Breakfast
    - yogurt w/chia seeds, blueberries, hemp seeds

    Lunch
    - chocolate banana smoothie from starbucks

    Dinner
    - chipotle bowl w/ chicken, guacamole, beans, fajita vegetables

    Snack
    - single scoop of chocolate chip ice cream
    - a little bit of a chocolate bar

    I counted the calories and I'm still in the calorie range. I had 5 8 oz water bottles, burned 570 calories on the spin bike, did 3 circuits while strength training and was out and about running errands all day.
