Is there anything that makes cottage cheese taste better.
I hate the taste and texture of cottage cheese, I know its very healthy for you and want it in my diet. DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO MIX WITH IT TO MAKE THE TASTE GO AWAY, i HAVE HEARD PINEAPPLE, i TRIED BLUEBERRIES TONIGHT BUT ALMOST GAGGED.

Muscle Fatigue, When is it okay to work them out again?

Polar FT7 Vs MFP
I just used my Polar FT7 (awesome I might add) It said I burned 556 calories doing 55 minutes of execise. I need some good low impact exercises for arthritic knee
I am thinking Stationary bike, but when looking through MFP its doesnt give RPM's for the different levels. I am still gonna try P90X,( no Plyo) but does any one have any good low impact calorie burners. I don't own a real bike, and I enjoy the Stationary bike. Dry cracked fit
Since I have started working out, my feet have become real dry and cracking, I started putting Corn Huskers on them and its helping. Anybody got any ideas on lotions or creams to prevent this.
