1217 on June 12th and 1128 today (so far!) But I only count true sweat-filled with a calorie-burn purpose exercise.Usually I shoot for 550+ a day with maybe one day of rest a week.0

A little over 1800. We went on a 4 hour hike on Mom's weekend near where my son goes to college. We thought it would take about an hour. We were SOOOO hungry when we got back into town, I think we promptly ate back all those calories! :laugh:0

About 2600, running a marathon. A good rule of thumb for running or walking is approx 100 cals/mil0

Doing two hours of turbofire, and running.0 -
Probably close to 17,000 in one day... Yes, it was a very long day!0
-
1287 yesterday. I'm so tired and achy today though that I only managed 275. Lesson learnt, better to go moderate for 2 days than go all out one day and not have the energy the next!0

Over 5000 hiking non-stop 52 miles from one side of the Grand Canyon to the other, and then back (in 19 hrs 12mins). (based on hiking calculators)
Over 6000 during any of the Half Ironman races I've competed in. (5 - 5.5 hours of hard racing)0 -
Hard to know for sure because I didn't have a heart rate monitor, but MFP said 3788 (I didn't eat it all back though, I considered it around 2500 realistically) that was 6 1/2 hours walking/trekking/scrambling up and down a mountain.0

At dance camp, on the longest day, I burned 1461, WITHOUT counting warm-up and some of the classes that I considered too slow-moving to turn on my HRM....0
