Does anyone have any great lunch ideas/recipes?? Preferably under 300 calories, homemade (or cheap), and filling!

Running question...
Ive noticed that every time I run more than 4 miles I get really nauseous...does anyone have any idea why? does this happen to anyone else? I usually have 8 oz of water and a handful of nuts(raw unsalted almonds) 30 -45 min before running (but even when I dont I still feel sick)

Suggestions...
Some how I managed to hurt both my feet...one has a sore heel and the other hurts around the arch. does anyone have any suggestions on how to burn calories with out using my feet too much. Ive been doing strength training the past few days, but I want to burn more calories without hurting my feet any more.

I have a question... on average how many pounds do you have to lose in order to see one inch come off your waist? I know this varies for everyone, but I was just wondering what you guys have found.

100 Crunch Challenge
I was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing a 100 Crunch Challenge. Basically you just have to do 100 Crunches every day (any type of crunch you want). I've been doing a lot of cardio lately but I never do any strength training, so maybe once the lbs are gone Ill have some muscle to show off :wink: Anyone in??

late night binge
For the last few weeks every time I wake up in the middle of the night I have to eat. Usually its just a bowl of cereal, or half a PB&J, but it usually adds up to 150-200 calories :grumble: .
