Lunch ideas??

Does anyone have any great lunch ideas/recipes?? Preferably under 300 calories, homemade (or cheap), and filling!

    i make this on Sundays and it usually lasts about three days. I eat it chilled for lunch during the week. Very filling, easy to make, and 247 cal per serving.

    1 can seasoned black beans
    1 can chick peas
    1 can diced tomatoes
    fresh cilantro, chopped
    pepper
    garlic salt

    Add canned chicken or cheese if you want more flavor.
    I usually eat with a few Triscuit crackers (fire roasted tomato)
