100 Crunch Challenge

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing a 100 Crunch Challenge. Basically you just have to do 100 Crunches every day (any type of crunch you want). I've been doing a lot of cardio lately but I never do any strength training, so maybe once the lbs are gone Ill have some muscle to show off :wink:
Anyone in??

    I'm In I can only do about 30 now then I want to cry :sad: LOL But I will try to work it up

    we should start the challenge first thing tomorrow and everybody checks in with the number of sit ups they did. to make it easier what if we say that you have to do a least a min of 100 sit ups a day

    I don't think I can do a min of 100 a day. Did you mean a min of 10?

    what im saying is do a total of 100 sit ups in the day like 25 when u wake up 25lunch 25 after work 25 before bed

    goal weight:
    total number situps done
    thursday morining check in : mon-wed night: actual situps/goal situps 300
    monday morning check in : thur-sund night: actual situps/goal situps 400
    what does everone think you can email me your checkins and i can post them
    if you are interested in joining in please email me youe screen name, start weight , goal weight
    and i will start a chart

    our goal starting tomorrow 3-11-09 until 4-10-09 (31 days) will be 3,100 or more sit ups of any form

    I successfully did 120 crunches last night! I dont feel it yet, but I have a feeling I will tomorrow :wink:
    Anyone else do them last night??
  • I just joined today, but I am in. It might be old school but the 8 min ab workout video is great too if you need motivation. Just look for it on you tube!

    I did my 100 last night and I was so happy that I even got them finished LOL it felt good.

    But now today I can't stretch all the way without hurting but it's a good hurt that I neede to feel.

    Oh by the way I can't find the other posting so I thought I would just share here

    I'm jealous....I cant wait until my abs hurt. I might shoot for 150 tonight :tongue:

    I did my second 100 last night and it felt so good who would have thought that I would be able to whip off 100Crunch's a night so far so good.
