this month i have?
So far in 30 days i have lost 5kgs, 2.6 cms off my hips, 4.5 off bust, 4.5 off left thigh, 5 off right thigh, 3.6 off left arm, 2cm off neck and 9.8cms off my waist! Thats 32cms overall (if my maths is correct lol) It's nice to look back and see what i have achieved this month. What have you achieved?

Not losing!
After 4 weeks my weight hasn't moved more then 500g which is ridiculous, i eat 1200 cal max a day and workout 7 days a week 20mins minimum! I don't understand why i can't lose weight, it's driving me nuts! I need to loose 18 kgs which is around 30lbs (ish)

Eating under 1200cal
I seem to be under my 1200 cals everyday. I don't want to eat junk just to bump up the calorie count but i'm struggling to hit it everyday. Is this a bad thing? Also i have been exercising everyday so my deficit will be even bigger!

What is your goal weight?
My Ultimate goal weight is 65kgs or 143lbs (i am 1.7m/ 5ft 5) A website http://www.cohens.com.au/goal_weight_calculator.htm?action=calculate calculated my goal weight to be between 57-60 kgs! I guess i will have to re-evaluate when i get to my personal goal before taking recommendations from a website!

Looking back on my progress so far i have realised that out of 20 days of being on this program so far i have exercised 16 days! That is a massive achievement for me, usually I give up on exercise pretty quick and only do it 3-4 times a week MAXIMUM now look at me :)

Does anyone have a dieting tip to really jumpstart the weightloss? Not a fan of detox but i know there are a few diets that promote 5kg loss in the first week. How many calories?
I just read a thread that said to lose weight i should be eating around 2000 calories a day, i only eat 1200. I don't understand, i thought eating less would make me lose weight.
