Dukan Diet

I have been stuck at a plateau for what feels like forever, im sick of busting my *kitten* to no avail so i have decided to switch up my diet and go for super high protein as this seems to work for me. My fiance's stepdad recently lost 10kgs on it (and he wasn't over weight) i'm hoping for anything to kickstart.
Does anyone want to join in with me? I've been doing it for 2 days and it has been easy so far. I want to make a group so we can all support eachother. From all accounts i have read/seen you lose around 3kgs in the first 5 days and then 1kg a week there after.
For those of you who don't know what it is; basically you eat nothing but low fat protein and 1.5 TBls of Oat bran for 2-10 days (until you have reached your weightloss which their website will calculate for you) then you move into 1 day of pure protein and 1 day of protein and veg (from a list of 100 acceptable foods). You continue on this until you have lost all your desired weight and then go onto having protein, veg, 2 slices of bread, fruit and cheese everyday for 10 days for every kg lost plus 2 celebration meals a week . After that you can pretty much go on to a normal diet within reason.
I haven't bought the book because it is expensive and i have found ALOT of info on the net.

I forgot to mention that you WILL lose a LOT of weight in the first week with any clean diet. It's all the fluids being washed out of your system.
For e.g. with my diet in the first week I lost 4.7kg and the following week my body plateau'd and the week after I lost more weight, again! So, yes, the first week of a clean diet you will lost quite a lot of weight then it will plateau from there!0
