I completed the couch to 5k program a couple weeks ago. I was doing great jogging the whole 30 minutes and even increasing my pace. Now I'm struggling to jog even 20 minutes. Do I need to switch up my workout? (I jog MWF and do the elliptical TU) Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. And I've been stuck at around…

Tracking Exercise
Do you only track the exercise you specifically make time for or take everything into account? For instance say you set time aside to walk on the treadmill for an hour but then later on you took the dog for a leisure stroll around the block. Would you take into account the dog walking? Thanks!!

What happened to my stomach!?
I've always had a tiny waist but lately it looks like I'm bloated. My whole mid section feels hard. I've started doing a lot more cardio could this just be a result from that? Getting a bit frustrated....

Carbs - Dietary Fiber = Less carbs?
I've always heard that you can take the total amount of carbs minus the dietary fiber and that gives the actual amount of carbs that will affect your body. Reason I'm asking is I'm trying to limit my carbs to 135/day. My diary's open if any has any suggestions. Thanks in advance!! :)

I just ate ice cream
All right... so I caved!!! Everyone in the office got ice cream and I joined in. Now I feel sick, extremely guilty and disappointed in myself. And it really didn't taste that good after the first few bites but I finished it anyways..... I just threw out the 2 miles I jogged out the window.
