I run MWF... what are some good floor workout exercises to do on Tuesday and Thursday? I only have 30 minutes since I do it over my lunch break.

Try doing some basic strength moves like squats, pushups, burpees (when you shoot your legs out behind you, then jump up), sit-ups, etc. Search on youtube for videos of other moves like this.
Or you could do intervals with a jump rope.0
