    You can't spot reduce.


    You have to lose bodyfat over your entire body.

    But it doesn't hurt to do squats and lunges and work the muscles in those areas.

    I am right there with you sister. My thighs have always been my problem area. I used to do thighs and buns of steel religiously when I was in high school to keep them at bay.

    I walk and do leg exercises I learned from those videos. The main thing for me was to lose the weight therefore losing a lot of the fat that had acumulated there. Now, my thighs seem to be getting harder and firmer. I don't imagine I'll ever have perfect, amazing thighs like I want, but I plan on getting pretty damn close.

    I found the 30 day shred to be effective in losing inches faster than walking alone. But, after gaining a bit back, that is the first place the weight piled back on :( Boo.
