I was wanting to meal prep salads for the week and I've tried but by the end of the week my salad wasn't looking so appealing anymore! More Vegetables or More Meat/Protein?
My mom was told by a doctor that she needed to have Meat/Protein as the main portion for lunch/dinner and then vegetables as a side. But I've also heard that you actually need to make Vegetables as the main portion and treat the meat as a smaller portion. Anyone have any advice with this?

Water intake question
I am trying to drink over 100 ounces of water a day. I know they don't include Tea or soda or things like that... but I am also drinking 1 ounce of ACV diluted in a 16.9 ounce water bottle. My question is should I only count my water intake by pure water only?
