No Sleep seems to equal snacking!!

I didn't get very much sleep last night and this morning at work I want to snack on everything... I am snacking on what I scheduled to eat today anyway but usually I weight until 9am before I'm hungry and am want anything but this morning it started at 7:30... Ugh it's going to be a long day!! I never realized how much sleep really can influence your hunger!!
