Okay I am starting focus t25 on Monday and I want to take my measurements... I know this may sound stupid but I'm not quiet sure how tightly or loosely I should hold the measuring tape... I want to keep accurate measure ya and have never really done that before. :-)

This MyoTape Body Tape Measure is an amazing tool for an even more amazing price. It makes it VERY EASY to take consistent measurements. Get one. Seriously.

You want it flush with the skin without compressing the skin and throwing off the measurement. One of the easier ways to achieve this is to pull the tape slightly too tight, and then let the rebound of the skin pull the tape to neutral. As long as you keep a little bit of friction between the tape ends, this should end with a failry accurate measurement.0
