45 mins of cardio 6 days a week

Starting tmw on dec 31st instead of promising myself to stick with this DVD or that DVD or going to the gym... I am promising myself for 30 days I will make sure I get some kind of cardio in for 45 mins a day 6 days a week! I actually pretty excited about this! I just got dance central 3 and hip hop experience for Christmas so sure that will take up most of me 45 + minutes a day! I'll also do a DVD or elliptical or a nice walk... But thought this would be a great intro into the new year! Anyone else have Xbox kinect? I did a few dances last night and its a nice workout!
