I got a fitbit zip a week ago, i went from averaging 2,000ish steps a day up to 10,000, and yesterday i hit 20,207 steps for which mfp gave me 850 extra calories. I've just started doing squats everyday, with a rest day every 3-4 days. I'm not using weights, just my own bodyweight. Currently I'm up to 150 a day. should both mfp and fitbit be set at sedentary
I left fitbit set to personalised and have mfp set to sedentary. Should I also have fitbit set to sedentary? Sorry about all these simple questions lately, I just prefer to check with experienced fitbitters before I start fiddling with settings. I'm super good at second guessing my self :confounded:

Fitbit zip accurate?
I got a fitbit zip 2 days ago so am still learning. My question is, how accurate are they when it comes to calorie burn? I walked over 11,000 steps yesterday and it gave me 366 extra calories on mfp. Veggies Frozen or Fresh?
I've read that frozen veggies are more nutritious because they are picked and then frozen straight away. I just can't get my head around eating veggies out of a packet. I've always believed fresh is best. What's the general consensus here, fresh or frozen? Does it really matter?

weigh your oils and fats!
I've never logged the oil I add when cooking. Today I discovered just 1 Tbs of oil is 120 calories :o I sometimes use up 3tbs in cooking, so that'd be 360 extra calories a day not accounted for! :'(

egg fast-stall breaker diet

The protein shake I am currently having is 220 calories with milk. 0.6 grams sugar per serve. Is this a high amount of calories for a shake?

deficit from tdee or bmi?
I keep reading that to lose 1 pound a week you have to have a deficit of 3500 calories per week. Is this correct? My bmi is 1439 calories. My tdee is 1726 calories.
