Dumb question..
How do you guys decide your goal weight. I set one but now as I get closer to it I'm thinking I might want to go lower depending on how I feel. How do you set for your I did it goal.

Tips please
I do great with staying within my calories until I'm home alone and bored. Then I just lose control and when I'm done I feel like I'm gonna explode and I spend all week making up for it. Any tips on how to avoid that over-eating when I'm bored and lonely. I hate having bad days unless it's special.

I've lost 45 lbs and still no jeans size change am I losing muscle? If so how do u change this

MFP Goal
I know that my goal isn't supposed to be set less than 1200 but MFP just changed it to 1150. I tried having it reset but it keeps going back to 1150 does it matter. I don't mind only eating 1150

Binging
Everyday but one I'm am below my calorie limit by a few 100. But lately one or 2 days a week I've been binging and I hate it I feel so fat and I'm injured so I can't go burn off the calories. how do I stop binge eating any tips. Not eating enough?
All week when I go to finish my logging I have gotten a message that I'm not eating enough, but I eat 3 meals and a snack. What am I doing wrong? Also today I still have a couple hundred calories I can eat not counting excercise calories I could eat back should I eat an after dinner snack even though my hunger is satisfied?

Calories
I frequently get a message saying I don't eat enough, but I eat 3 meals a day and a snack. I understand that 830 calories isn't a lot but I'm full. Should I eat more to raise my calorie intake even if I'm not hungry or is 830 calories eaten enough even if I burn 120 calories of that? I really want so opinion and thoughts…
