All week when I go to finish my logging I have gotten a message that I'm not eating enough, but I eat 3 meals and a snack. What am I doing wrong? Also today I still have a couple hundred calories I can eat not counting excercise calories I could eat back should I eat an after dinner snack even though my hunger is satisfied?

The message comes up if you aren't eating a net of 1200 calories. Grab something calorie dense (nuts/peanut butter, dairy) to bump your number up. Once in a while being under is fine, but if you do it regularly you risk not getting enough nutrition.0

Losing weight is all about creating a deficit, but your body requires adequate nutrition to preform basic functions. 1,200 is the bare minimum recommended for adult women. You really should be eating more overall, especially at 18.
