I'm hurt

My knee has progressively getting worse and now I have difficulty walking and bearing weight on it. How am I supposed to get my cardio in ?

    You go to the doctor and get it checked out. Better to be off a short rest period then a very long rehab period.

    Also put ice pack on your knee and take ibuprofen until you get to the Dr. I also rest my knees elevated with a pillow under them to take as much stress off of them.

    You know what happens when you don't deal with injuries because you want to do cardio? They don't go away, and you don't get to do cardio. And, you get new injuries from weird compensation patterns, because now your whole body's out of whack.
