I do great with staying within my calories until I'm home alone and bored. Then I just lose control and when I'm done I feel like I'm gonna explode and I spend all week making up for it. Any tips on how to avoid that over-eating when I'm bored and lonely. I hate having bad days unless it's special.

Pre-log. Pick a dessert you want to have that night and work around it. Sometimes I'll literally start my day off logging a couple servings of ice cream for dessert. As the day goes on, I watch to see if I'm hitting my macros and staying fueled, sometimes I'll need to cut into dessert to make the day work-sometimes not.0

Thanks and I do try and prelog some things but it's hard because my mom cooks and she doesn't plan ahead0
