Going over goals

Everyday I've been going over my sugar goal and sometimes my vitamin goals, but usually when I go over it's from the fruit that I eat. Plus I'm under my calorie goal by a few hundred just in case I'm eating more than I think ( even tho I weigh/ measure my foods and liquids). Is going over some goals ok if I'm under my calorie goal? how can I fix this? My diary is open if u want to look at it

I'm over my sugar goals everyday by lunch time, purely because of milk and fruit, and it shoots through the roof if I have a bowl of sultana bran! 45g sugar is incredibly low. I don't pay any attention to it, excess sugar won't stop weight loss, excess calories will0
