food weight- before or after cooking?
Like say you cook a piece of chicken - do use the raw weight of the meat or the cooked weight of the meat (which will be less due to shrinking) when you enter it in your food journal?

weekend of eating vs. weekend of running
why is it that you can gain 5 lbs or so after a weekend of bad eating (holidays, etc.), but it seems if you spend a weekend eating right and running like 6 miles a day you can't lose 5 lbs in a weekend......(not really expecting a serious answer, this is just a rant....I know why, it just doesn't seem fair....)
