Abd crunches
I just started doing chair abd crunches a few days ago. I don't feel at all sore in my abd, just my thighs in the back. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

Small little happy happy victory.
When I started this weight loss effort I had just graduated to a size 24. Well today I went shopping and bought some 14/16 size pants. I had meant them to be my mini goal pants but they already fit me really well. Guess I'll have to get a even smaller pair to keep me on track.

Aerobics with hand weights, how do you count?
If you do your aerobics using hand weights do you count it any different? Can you count any of it as strength training and how would you label it? Thanks.

Anyone use nuun hydration tabs?
I was using cytomax last year on long bike rides for hydration and to replace electrolytes but just found these nuun tablets and thought they looked interesting, and less calories. I get bad leg cramps if I don't take something. Anyone use this product and what do you think? Thanks.

Could this be right?
The other day on my bike we went 15.5 miles on a gravel path. For 6 miles I went 14.8 MPH then averaged about 9.8 on the rest. My bike computer said I burned around 1250 calories. I have it set for my weight. Yesterday we went for a ride. We had a strong head wind all the way back and only did 4 miles total. I averaged…

Walking exercise, how many calories
I just did a 10 minute walking exercise video but I am not sure how to count it in my exercise. It is much more then just walking but not as high impact as some. Just right for this ole lady. So do I just count walking fast to get it the arm and stretching exercises?

Knee question
I hurt my knee about a month ago. I couldn't hardly bear weight initially but it has gotten better. I am walking and climbing hills and just started doing the stairs at work again. Water just isn't cutting it
I know they say drink lots of water. If your hungry between meals get a glassful. But what if that does absolutely nothing for you but increase your bathroom trips. I have not had a full nights sleep since I started this. I am lucky if I get 5 glasses in I have never noticed it curbing my appetite. So what else could I try?
