I was totally wiped out after a lot of travel and ALMOST skipped the gym. I sucked it up and about halfway through my workout, got this crazy second wind and ended up with a great 4 1/2 mile treadmill run! All that on 20 net carbs a day for close to 6 months...so much for needing carbs for energy!!
