Prenatal vitamins & weight gain
I just started taking prenatal vitamins for my hair and nail growth about a month ago. My friend told me this weekend that her doc advise her not to take those because they lead to weight gain. Does anyone know about this or have any experience with it?

Same weight as 2 weeks ago. Frustrated!!!
Someone please tell me what I am doing wrong! I have been doing awesome from what I thought. Eating my exercise cals, intense workouts leaving me sore, and trying to eat raw when i can!! over in sugar
hey everyone!! nearly every day i go over the limit in my sugar intake. but all my sugars come from fruit, yogurt, or veggies like sqush and carrots, nothing artificial. should i really limit fruits and such? i feel like by eating fruit it keeps me from eating the bad sugars.

Dairy and weight loss
I've heard recently that dairy products and calcium help promote weight loss. I try to eat a serving of yogurt a day, but I want to try to incorporate a glass of milk as well. Does anyone have some advice about when is a good time in the day to drink a glass of milk? and has this made a difference for anyone?
