How much should my weight loss goal be?

Hey everyone! I've set my weight loss goal at 1 lb per week, but I am wondering if that is too much for me. I'm 5'3, 124 lbs and want to get down to 110. Should it be set at 1/2 lb per week instead? Thanks!!

    I guess that may be up to you. Do you think you can do a caloric deficit of ~500/day? Or would ~250/day seem a bit better for your lifestyle?

    if you look at your settings if you're eating 1200 a day it is only going to be .8 or something close to that even though you set it higher because MFP defaults at 1200. :o) i'm 5'3 & 123 lbs, in the same boat.

    I have mine set for 2 lbs a week, but it actually calculates like 1.1 lb per week.

    I think 1200 cal/day is the lowest one can go depsite how much she/he wishes to lose per week. I am on the same boat.
