calorie increase... hope it works!

Ok yall! I've changed my goals and increased my calories. Since I haven't lost anything in a long time, I decided I needed to change something. It can't be my exercise, because I can't really work out more than 4-5 days a week. I changed my goal from losing 1lb/week to 0.5lb/week. I'm really scared I will gain weight but I hope not!

    You may be surprised.. good luck. Just be sure to use those calories wisely and get good, nutrient dense food!
