i put on my new bra today after my shower...one size smaller than when i started...AND GET THIS!!!! What are you looking forward to most??
As I say all the time, being overweight or obese puts you in a certain frame of mind. You know your limitations, you know the stuff that you just can't do....sitting in certain chairs with arms, walking too far, trying on clothes, riding rides at an amusement park...just to name a few. I have my own personal list of things…
