I have been on MFP for almost 50 days now and I am loving it
I have soooo much to lose and i am working on it day by day. When I first started this working out thing, I had to start off slow...a few minutes at a time. Now I can do high impact aerobic walking for 15-20 minutes at a time!!! It feels so good to be able to do more. Thanks to all my MFPeeps for the support and love!!!!

Incredible! I love that! I remember when I could barely exercise - and now the things that I can do? I surprise myself daily!!!!0
