Super Proud!!!
Okay so the other day I was debating if I should use the weightroom in my gym, I was too embarrassed to do it, I was doing stuff at home. So anyways today, I got the guts and did some leg exercises, I leg pressed 3 plates on each side! That's about 123 pounds!

okay venting!
I'm soooo peeved off! I buy bottled water and put it in the fridge at work WITH my name on the bottles, and someone keeps taking them! I can never catch them in the act, I think I'll put a camera in there! I hate drinking warm water so I keep it in there, no one will fess up! I'll be back going undercover :grumble:

Loose skin
Okay so this is a wierd question and everyone is prob different, but how many, if you lost a lot of weight, have loose skin? I want to get down for right now to 180 and now I'm at 261. I just want to know what to expect, no miracle, but don't want to look worse than what I do now.

My toes fall asleep in the elliptical after about 30 mins, I get off, walk around the gym a couple of times till the feeling comes back and finish my other 30 mins, does that happen to anyone else, or is this something I should talk to my doc about?

Can you read while you run/jog on the treadmill, there's this lady at the gym that does it she holds the book and runs, I mean the treadmill is set at like 5.0+, yeah I was noisy and looked, I was just so amazed she could do that, I'd totally fall on my *kitten*!:noway: :laugh:

Does anyone know if you wear a hrm while you are strength training, will that actually be calories burned? I would like to post them when I put it in as exercise, you all know that the site doesn't post calories earned for weight lifting. Any advice?
