Okay so I was wondering, I weight 267, and on average for about an hour on the treadmill I can burn right around 1000 calories, so says my HRM. But the calculator on here says for an hour I'll burn 357. I know that my HMR is suppose to be more accurate, so I'll cut to the chase, so here is my question, for people my weight give or take a few, how much are you burning in how much time? Thanks!

According to my HRM, I have burned about 500 to 700 cals on the treadmill depending on my intensity. The low end being if I were walking for that period of time and the high end being alternating between walking and jogging. I weigh 245 and Im 29. Our weights are pretty close, but I know that how many calories you burn depends on age and height also. I'm a shortie 5foot3.
